The International Museum of Art is wrapping up its month of iconic love stories with the blockbuster 1990 movie, 'Ghost'.

If you don't already know the story of 'Ghost' I'm going to have to ask if you've been living under a rock without cable television for the last 27 years. Yup, it's been that long since this amazing movie came out, and it really holds up. The story revolves around Molly and Sam, two New Yorkers in love whose lives are forever changed when Sam is killed in a street burglary. Turns out, his co-worker hired some dirtbag to rob him of a computer code but it went wrong and he ended up dead. There are so many iconic scenes from this movie from Sam and Molly getting dirty with clay, to Whoopi Goldberg finding out she can hear Sam after he dies, to the shadow-beings taking the dirtbag who killed Sam to hell when he is killed.

If you have only seen 'Ghost' on tv, you need to see it on the big screen, but be prepared for how really scary those shadow-beings are when they're full size! The best thing about this showing of 'Ghost' is the fact that it's free and at one of the most historic venues in the city. After the movie walk around the museum because it's also free.
