TxDot Says Freeway Light Sculpture Is Too Distracting To Drivers [VIDEO]

TxDot says the lights on the freeway are too distracting. I just want to know when the billboards on the side of the freeway will come down. Are we going to paint all cars grey so the shiny colors don't distract us? Come on, TxDot! I think we should be more worried about texters than the lights on the freeway!
