Thanksgiving is the ultimate American holiday. We eat until we 'splode, we couch surf all day watching sports and marathons of our favorite tv shows, and then we do it all over again the rest of the weekend. The best thing about Thanksgiving is there is none of the gift-giving pressure of Christmas, or the 'aren't you too young to be trick-or-treating' of Halloween. It's just pure gluttony and slothdom. USA! USA!! Check out this list of Thanksgiving Day tv specials so you can plan accordingly and get that DVR ready.

If you're like me, the day starts early when I pop the bird in the oven and set the table. I do all the side dishes the day before so I don't have to do all the cooking on the actual day. After we eat, the kids go off to one tv for cartoons, the men head to the couch for football, and the women go wherever the men and the kids aren't!

You should cut and paste this list and put it on the fridge so you'll have it handy for Turkey Day!
