As I prepare for motherhood, I really have no idea where to start. Of course, I will be following methods from my mother, since I was lucky to have such a great example of a mother.

As I go into my fifth month of pregnancy, more than ever I need to find fellow mommas to lean on. I blame the extra eight years of college group projects for my need to ask multiple people the same question.

If you have any advice you would like to share with me, please feel free to email me at Emily.Slape@townsquaremedia.com. I am already struggling with the registry, so please any real-life advice is a total treat for me.

Next, I might just have to ask for some gritty details about the birthing process. I remember those videos they showed us in health class in high school. I need to know the truth!

HELP: Advice for First Time Moms

Some say it takes a village to raise a child, so for a millennial, that means you ask your Facebook friends.

Most of my Facebook friends are my real-life friends and family, so I have no problem reaching out to them for first-time mom advice. I received some great answers and wanted to make sure I could share this advice with those who may also need it.

I created each answer I have received so far into a pretty graphic for a gallery. Maybe other people will want to save these informative words with others, so I made it easy for them.
