The YWCA Paso del Norte has a Ribbon Cutting at Transitional Living Center
The YWCA Sara McKnight Transitional Living Center (YWCA TLC) is part of the YWCA El Paso del Norte Region in El Paso, Texas. The YWCA TLC is home to the YWCA TLC Adult Education Academy which offers GED (English/Spanish), ESOL, Computer Classes, Life Skills, and Bridge to Vocational Training for the homeless women residing there. In addition, certification sessions for volunteers and staff from other agencies are welcomed to participate in Train-the-Trainer sessions offered throughout the year.
