Thanks to El Paso Animal Services and PetSmart charities residents can spay/neuter their pets during the month of March for free.

Thanks to a generous grant from PetSmart Charities, El Paso Animal Services will be extending its offer to residents and their pets with no-cost spay/neuters into the month of March.

The services will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis to low-income families in our community at the Socorro Clinic (9060 Socorro Rd.) beginning at 7 a.m.

If pets are current on vaccinations, pet-owners must take proof or pets will be revaccinated.

Pets should be fasting and should not eat anything after 8 p.m. the evening before surgery. Puppies and kittens (up to 1 year) should not have solid food after 11 p.m. the night before the surgery.
