Music Under the Stars Concludes Sunday with Popular Noche Ranchera
If you are fan of mariachi music and rancheras then plan on being at the Chamizal this weekend.
The 2016 season of Music Under the Stars concludes this Sunday, July 24, with the traditional Noche Ranchera closer.
Always one of, if not the most attended night in the series, this year's Noche Ranchera will feature Mariachi Alegre, considered by many one of the Boderland’s best mariachi groups.
Mariachi Alegre has performed at venues and competitions all over the Borderland and the great Southwest, and alongside some big names in the genre including Pepe Aguilar, Pedro Fernandez, and Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan
A large, enthusiastic crowd is anticipated so plan on getting there early enough to grab a good spot on the park lawn.
