Local Firefighters Hosting Adoptions Events Through November
Get yourself a new furry friend, while visiting your local fire house.
What better way to get to know your local firefighters, by going over to play with some furry friends and maybe even take one home. The El Paso Fire department and The City of El Paso have teamed up to help get some dogs adopted by taking them out to the public.
All adoptions will include their spay/neuter procedure, age-appropriate initial vaccinations, microchip, city license and 30 days of free pet health insurance. Only three more events of Firemen and Furry Friends will be happening around El Paso:
Fire Station 24 (East El Paso)
1498 Lomaland Dr.
November 7th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Fire Station 5 (Central)
400 Revere St.
November 10th from 3 p.m to 6 p.m.
Fire Station 15 (Upper Valley)
115 Shorty Lane
November 18th from Noon to 3 p.m.
This will only be happening through November, so make sure to stop by, take a photo with a fireman and take home a dog. The animals will only be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so get there early!
This isn't the first time The City of El Paso and The El Paso Fire Department have teamed up, they actually made a calendar together, earlier this year.
