Calling all ghouls and boys! Do you want to maximize costume time and increase your take-home candy pay on Halloween? Have your mummy or daddy take you to one of the city recreation centers on the 31st.

El Paso Parks and Recreation will be hosting Halloween carnivals at 14 rec centers across El Paso.

The free, not-so-scary family-friendly events will take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023.

The free-to-attend carnivals will feature no-cost fun that will include jumping balloons, games for the kids, and everyone's favorite Halloween activity: trick-or-treating.
