I just weighed myself. I down to 17 pounds from my all time high!

I've adjusted my routine to include healthy fruits and vegtables. I only juiced the first three days but it got to be too challenging. Now, I eat whenever I feel like the juice is not enough.  It has slowed down my weight lost but that's OK because you don't want to lose too much too fast. I really feel like I going to stick with this "juicing". I feel better and the weight is coming off gradually. I will keep you posted. I hope your goal of weight loss is working for you! Stick with it! The end results will make any challenge worth it!!
