It happens around this time every year. School lets out and suddenly you’ve got kids with a lot of free time on their hands.

Movie theaters are a great way to keep the little ones entertained and out of the hot summer sun for a couple of hours. And if you can do it for cheap, even better.

So, parents, you’ll be happy to know Summer Kids Camp is back at Alamo Drafthouse. Woo-hoo, bring on the popcorn and the kids flicks!

Summer Kids Camp is an economical way for families to watch a mix of new favorites and classic kid-friendly movies together all summer long.

And how's this for affordable: admission is $5 for little kids, big kids, and grownup kids. Tickets are available at the box office for walk-ups, or reserve your seats in advance online.

The family-friendly series will run concurrently at the west side Montecillo and Alamo Drafthouse East locations.

The first Kids Camp movie is "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" starting on May 26. “The Bad Guys,” an animated adaptation of the popular children’s books, is next starting on May 29.

June's Kids Camp lineup will start with “Teen Titans Go!” on June 2. The TV show’s original cast is joined by a star-studded Justice League, including Nicolas Cage as Superman, Jimmy Kimmel as Batman, and singer Halsey as Wonder Woman, in an all-new animated adventure.

The Worst Billion-Dollar Blockbusters

All of these movies grossed more than $1 billion at the box office. And they all stink.
