It's long been known that practicing yoga can help by impacting our mood, mind, and overall wellbeing. Now more than ever people are looking for safe ways to destress outdoors and combat quarantine fatigue.
There are varied types of yoga so take the time to find the one that fits you and your comfort level so make sure you do some research before signing up for a class.
Yoga on the Lawn will be led by Shanti Yoga with social distancing in mind and therefore space is limited and reservations are filling fast.
Organizers of the free event will be following CDC, local, and state social distancing guidelines during the outdoor session.
