Winterfest Winding Down, Last Chance to Ice Skate is This Weekend
Outdoor ice skating enthusiasts take note; this weekend will be the final weekend of Winterfest.
The popular downtown holiday celebration will wrap up for the season on Sunday, January 6. Novices and pros alike have until then to glide, twirl and bunny hop in the open-air rink.
The rink, located next to the Plaza Theatre, will be open daily through Sunday. Other attractions include a Winter Market full of vendors, and the Holiday Cafe where you can sit down and enjoy snacks and hot beverages.
Adding to the wintertime festiveness are Instagrammable decorations like a 25-foot Christmas tree and a life-size snow globe you can pose inside of. Here's what you need to know before you go.
