Will Neighbor’s Opposition Pull the Plug on Fred Loya’s Annual Light Show?
UPDATE - Despite concerns and complaints by some of Fred Loya's neighbors, the light show will continue.
Word this morning was that the festive Christmas light show at Fred Loya's house had some of his neighbors up in arms and that its future may be in jeopardy because its popularity is causing traffic problems for the neighborhood. Let’s hope they work something out because like the lights at Eastridge, it’s become a Christmas tradition for many. Watch this video shot last year and you’ll see why hundreds of people drive by his house every weekend in December …
Mr. Loya will begin lighting up the night on Dec. 2 at 6, 7 and 8 p.m. and then every Friday, Saturday and Sunday thereafter until Christmas Day.
