Take A Look Inside El Paso’s Six Million Dollar Home
UPDATE 8/7/17: As of August 2017, the home price has changed again and is now listed at $4.5 million.
[Original story] Back in April 2014, Clyde Scott put his lavish home on Calle Cuesta up for sale for $7.5 million, making it the priciest home on the market at the time.
But the fabulous estate didn’t attract a buyer and was subsequently taken off the market.
Two years later, the former owner of Desert Eagle Distributing has put his home up for sale again -- this time for nearly $6 million. And although its sale price of 5.9 million is 1.6 mill less than before, it's still over 3 million more than than the pricey home on Tuscany Ridge, making the Calle Cuesta property once again the most expensive El Paso home currently on the market.
Even at a reduced price, the six bedroom (each with private baths), 10 thousand square foot “authentic Italian Villa" on "20 acres of pristine Chihuahuan desert" with "Majestic Mountain & City views" is still as grand as ever.
