Another former El Paso coach is selling his Sun City home.

Tim Floyd, who coached men’s basketball at UTEP from 2010 until he abruptly quit 6 games into the season this past November, has put his luxury Upper Valley home on the market, and he's asking big bucks for it.

Described by the realty company as "one of the most spectacular homes in El Paso," the Tuscan Villa home is located in a gated community in the Country Club area. Originally listed in mid-January at $1,025,000, it's sale price was just recently reduced to just under one million, at $995,000.

That kind of dough gets you the 4 bedroom, 4 bath 4,634 square foot main house, "plus a separate casita, where your guests will never want to leave."

Among the highlights of the high-end home are hardwood floors throughout, a gourmet kitchen, and a private bath in every bedroom. And while it doesn't have much of a back yard, the interior courtyard makes for a charming outdoor living area.
