Last week I had the pleasure of hanging out with Julie Aduato – owner and pastry chef extraordinaire of Orange Peel Pastries!

Julie is a classically trained pastry chef and the American Culinary Federation’s 2006 Regional Pastry Chef of the Year! And then went on to expand her skills at The French Pastry School in Chicago.
