"Kitchen Creations" will be offering cooking school to help out adults make some delicious dishes and safety tips for those with diabetes.

"Kitchen Creations" alongside the New Mexico Department of Health is now offering cooking school for those diagnosed with diabetes. They will teach some useful ways to cook healthy and how to make those meals tasty and diabetes safe. 

The next "Kitchen Creations" session will be offered from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 6, April 13, April 20 and April 27 at Mayfield High School, 1955 N. Valley Drive in Las Cruces. That session will be taught in English. The next Kitchen Creations session in Spanish will be offered from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 7, April 14, April 21 and April 28 at Santa Teresa High School, 100 Airport Road in Santa Teresa. The cooking schools are free all thanks to funding from the New Mexico Department of Health Diabetes Prevention and Control Program.
