Diet-schmiet, it's Girl Scout cookie season! Woot-woot!

Besides, I hear Girl Scout Cookies are life's way of rewarding you for giving up on your New Year's Resolutions, so no worries.

Thousand of Girls Scouts of the Desert Southwest all over the Borderland will start going door-to-door -- or whatever it is kids today do -- selling their legendary cookies beginning this Saturday, Jan. 13.

Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties, Caramel Delites ... the pre-teen cookie dealers,  er, I mean Girl Scouts, will be out hustling all of your favorites at only $4 a box.

(Put me down for one box ... said no one ever!)
