Get Ready El Paso For The 2019 Great American Cleanup

Days before spring you can join forces and make a difference for your community with the 2019 Great American Cleanup!

Coming up this weekend on Saturday, March 23^rd join up with other community volunteers to participate in the 2019 Great American Cleanup, the national event that was originally developed by Keep America Beautiful.

The City of El Paso is spearheading the 2019 Great American Cleanup where the public is invited to join in on the beatification of their community and city.

Come Saturday beginning at 7:30 a.m. there will be various cleanup sites across El Paso with roll-off containers available for citizens to dispose of their unwanted items at no cost. Residents can dispose of regular household items such as bulky items, mattresses, furniture, and yard waste including trash.

Items that will not be accepted include:

Tires
Household hazardous waste materials such as paint, motor oil, and chemicals
E-waste such as cell phones, appliances, computers, etc.
Batteries of any kind
Residents can dispose of these specific materials by taking them to any Citizen Collection Station with proper I.D.
