Get ready to get your stretch on as Yoga on The Lawn returns to The Fountains at Farah tonight.

Now more than ever people are looking to destress and combat quarantine fatigue during the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic.

Practicing yoga can help not just the body but can impact our mood, mind, and overall wellbeing.

There are varied types of yoga so take the time to find the one that fits you and your comfort level so make sure you do some research before signing up for a class.

This year, Yoga on the Lawn will be led by Shanti Yoga with social distancing in mind and therefore space is limited and reservations are filling fast.

Organizers of the free event will be following CDC, local, and state social distancing guidelines during the outdoor session.
