Entertainment, Vendors for Spring Art in the Park Announced

In anticipation of the upcoming Art in the Park, the City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department has released the lineup of entertainment and vendors expected at the city's longest-running arts and crafts fair.

Mariachi Alegre, Locomotion, Kids N Co, and Ballet Folklorico are among the bands and groups scheduled to perform at the two day event, set for Saturday and Sunday, May 18 and 19, at Memorial Park.

Along with the continuous live entertainment, jumping balloons and other games and activities for children will be offered, as well as several food vendors, per the event post.

The spring edition of Art in Park is the first of two the parks department holds annually. The outdoor market focuses on local arts and crafts vendors selling their unique wares. Admission is free. Pets allowed but must be leashed at all times.
