Don’t go downtown this Saturday to support local at the Downtown Art and Farmers Market.

The market is leaving its cozy downtown spot in the Union Plaza District and heading to the wide-open space of Memorial Park to celebrate the return of Art in the Park.

Art in the Park, which focuses on local arts and crafts vendors and their unique wares, is where lovers of all things artsy and crafty have been going for years to shop, stroll, and socialize.

A Downtown Art and Farmers Market Mashup

"We won’t be at our regular space this Saturday," El Paso Downtown Art and Farmers Market announced on its social media, "but you can find us Saturday AND Sunday at...Art in the Park."

Along with the usual downtown vendors and merchants you know and love, the two-day event will also feature numerous local food trucks, continuous live entertainment, hands-on installations and activities for the kids, live art exhibits, and a pop-up by Las Artistas.

Las Artistas is an El Paso non-profit that provides arts education opportunities and promotes an appreciation for arts and crafts in our region.
