Kids grow up so quickly that another school year usually means a whole new wardrobe, and that can be a real financial burden to some.

If your child attends a school where uniforms are required, the annual School Uniform Swap might be able to make back-to-school a little less expensive.

El Paso's Largest School Uniform Swap

Organized by Mothers On Board in collaboration with the El Paso Downtown Lions Club service organization, El Paso's largest community wide uniform swap will be held Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Ascarate Park.

The swap is open to families from all districts and schools.

How the Uniform Swap Works

Parents who have clean, gently-used school uniforms their children have out-grown are encouraged to drop them off at any of the locations listed below.

You’ll receive a voucher that you can exchange for an equal number of pieces at the Uniform Swap event.

If you don't need uniforms in exchange, but would like to donate your polo shirts, pants, shorts, and other school uniform pieces to the cause you can do so as well at any of the six locations.

More Than Just a Uniform Swap Event

It's more than just a uniform exchange, it's a back to school event.

Families can also pick up school supplies and backpacks that day, and get a haircut and/or a physical. There will be activities for the kids, vendors, and food trucks on site, too.
