El Paso’s Food Truck Circus to Hold the Largest Gathering of Food Trucks in the City This Weekend

El Pasoans have fallen in love with food trucks. Far from roach coaches that sell canned soda and little bags of chips, these gourmet food trucks roam the city offering everything from Asian fusion to traditional tacos to vegan delights to cupcakes with clouds of frosting that will make you hunt them down for another bite.

But I digress.

This Friday night, March 20th, you can gorge on 20 of the city's best food trucks in one place. The trucks will gather at 1773 Pali in far east El Paso for your dining pleasure. A couple of the trucks that will be there are Comfort Co. Tasty Eats, and Stuffed Gourmet Burgers.
