DeadBeach Brewery Is Expanding Across El Paso & The Country
Just six-years after opening its doors, DeadBeach Brewery is expanding in El Paso and distributing its fine craft brew across the country.
DeadBeach Brewery is making boss moves by breaking ground on a new site that will handle product distribution in El Paso, San Diego, Denver, and New Orleans, and that’s just the start.
Co-owners Jason Hunt, Gabe Montoya, and Justin Ordonez have spent the last few years creating a craft beer brand niche that has become synonymous with the Sun City, and now it’s going nationwide.
On Friday, DeadBeach Brewery and Jordan Foster Construction revealed that they would be breaking ground on a 35,000 square-foot warehouse located off Durazno Avenue.
The journey of a million miles starts with one step.... Can't wait to show you what we have in store. 🖤 Happy to be...

According to the construction company, the warehouse will be gutted, remodeled, and renovated and will provide a “complete tenant improvement-floor plan.”
Details include building a mezzanine in the warehouse for brewery equipment, three cold beer storage areas, and an ADA lift.
Necessity is the mother of invention. While there is no doubt that local businesses have taken a hit during the pandemic, DeadBeach Brewery has survived by reinventing itself and adapting as necessary.
COVID-19 forced DeadBeach to close its doors for in-person table service in its beer garden. Still, the brewery immediately adapted by offering consistently great craft beer and amazing eats like their family-style BBQ meals exclusively via pick-up and curbside service.
After a year of being closed, the brewery is set to welcome patrons back now that Governor Greg Abbott has lifted COVID-19 restrictions.
BEHOLD! We are excited to say that we’ll be open on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 11am (one week from today)- for in person...

This weekend beginning on Friday, El Pasoans are welcome to stop by and chill while sipping on their favorite DeadBeach brew featuring live music by Dusty Low and Julio Ortiz.
DeadBeach Brewery is not just known for its fine craft beer; it's also known for hosting many live music events featuring headliners such as Blue October and Bob Schneider, especially during their birthday month in November.
In 2018, we here at Townsquare Media even teamed up with DeadBeach to create Beer Bites and Beats, an annual music fest featuring craft beer, amazing eats, and live music.
It might be a while before DeadBeach is back to hosting more events in the future, but for now, they are concentrating on their new expansion and opening their doors safely for El Pasoans.
Congrats to the whole crew at DeadBeach Brewery on their exciting news - It's well deserved, and we can’t wait to see what else they have planned next.
