If you have a pet that you need to get spayed or neutered, the County of El Paso is looking to help you get that done for free. They have a free spay and neuter clinic that will be available throughout the month of February.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has helped control the stray animal population by fixing 103 cats and 243 dogs since the program began in September. If you live in Horizon City, Vinton, Socorro, Anthony, Clint or San Elizario, you qualify for the program. If you don't live in the outer parts of El Paso county, you don't qualify. If you live in the City of El Paso, you are not eligible.
