You know I love to eat, and more and more, El Paso is becoming a foodie town. We are such a foodie town that Guy Fieri showed up and hung out at a lot of local restaurants for his show, Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Later this month, you'll have the chance to try out some amazing restaurants and craft beers at Beer, Bites, and Beats.

I got the chance to hang out at Entrecote this week and sample the delicious offering they will have at Beer, Bites, and Beats, and let me tell you, I will be camping out in their area so I can have more! They are going to be making Salmon Tartare on tostadas. They are pure heaven.

Chef Chuy, a guy who really knows what he is doing, put together salmon, oysters, cilantro aioli, and a tostada to build a bite that will melt in your mouth and go great with a frosty craft beer. Watch Chuy make the succulent morsel that you can get at KISS FM's Beer, Bites, and Beats!
