Hold onto your cowboy hats, El Paso! The highly anticipated Sunset Amphitheater that is set to take over Northeast El Paso has an exciting update, one that will make Dallas Cowboys fan happy!

Dallas Cowboys legend and three-time Super Bowl champ Troy Aikman is now the official sponsor of the $80 million venue in Northeast El Paso and will be bringing his beer company, EIGHT Elite Light Lager to the venue for a VIP experience!

But wait, it gets better. Get ready for the Aikman Club, a VIP dream come true. Think premium seating, luxury hospitality, a fancy buffet, and an open bar.

“This will be a high-luxury area for fans to enjoy fantastic food and drinks,” said Venu’s Robert Mudd. He’s hyped about the partnership, predicting big love for Aikman’s brew in El Paso.

Of course, every big project hits a bump or two:

Construction was set to begin in August for the new venue, but  according to a KFOX report, land transfer issues have caused delays and city officials and developers are working out the details, with no set completion date just yet.

Despite the setbacks, officials are confident this amphitheater will bring major vibes and economic buzz to the region. 

“There’s nothing like this anywhere near El Paso.”
