Alamo Drafthouse To Show ‘Purple Rain’ Twice Next Weekend

In the wake of the death this week of Prince, the newly completed Alamo Drafthouse will be hosting two screenings of his iconic, semi-autobiographical movie 'Purple Rain' on Friday, April 29. If you've never seen this movie on the big screen, you need to jump on these tickets. This is a film that was meant to fill a theater with Prince's music and presence.
