Thursday, June 17, is not only the 2021 debut of the popular summer music series it's also a special pre-Father's Day performance from Mariachi Los Arrieros. The homegrown troupe has performed all over El Paso and the U.S., and shared the stage with the likes of Vicente Fernandez, Pepe Aguilar, and many others.

Attendance to Cool Canyon Nights is free, but maybe you want to show D.A.D what a P.I.M.P you are by upgrading to V.I.P. with reserved seating in the Star Lounge.

The fun starts at 6 p.m. with live music on the patio, and craft beer, cocktails and food trucks in the cool shade of McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre. Mariachi Los Arrieros gets underway at 7:15.

Cool Canyon Nights, 93.1 KISS-FM’s family-friendly summer concert series, will take place every Thursday in the canyon through September 2, weather permitting. All weekly performances feature popular local bands, and are free to see.
