Former WWE Star Cinta De Oro Celebrates 25 Years in the Ring with LuchaPalooza

El Paso’s very own international Lucha Libre star and former WWE Superstar, Cinta De Oro, is marking 25 years in the ring with an unforgettable event: LuchaPalooza!

Formerly known as Sin Cara, Cinta De Oro is inviting the community that has shown him support throughout the years to this FREE celebration at Old Sheepdog Brewery on Saturday, September 21st which will feature exclusive beers, jaw-dropping art, and, of course, electrifying wrestling.

Beer lovers, rejoice!

Cinta De Oro is teaming up with Old Sheepdog Brewery to release THREE limited-edition beers. From a bold Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels and infused with Oaxaca’s famous Juquilita Mole to a rich Oaxacan chocolate stout, and even a crisp Czech Lager—there’s something for every palate.

The Fun Doesn't Stop There:

The event will feature stunning artwork from muralist Miguel Valverde, who designed custom labels for the beer, and a couture mask exhibit by fashion designer Blanca Otálora Rohana. Yes, luchador masks as high fashion!

Here’s the rundown:

1 PM: The party kicks off with the Cerveza Debut, an art and fashion display that’s free and open to the public.

5 PM: Get your tickets for LuchaPalooza! The wrestling action starts at 6 PM with Cinta De Oro leading an international roster.

10:30 PM: Cap off the night with live music from The Ray Arreola Project (admission is free!).
