El Paso Couples Might Be Breaking Up Because Of The New Game GTA 6

There was a lot of talk recently about relationships and what most couples consider cheating! Some El Pasoans even chimed in online to tell us whether they believe flirting or romancing an A.I. chatbot like Claude and ChatGPT is considered cheating. Most said yes, especially if their partner is putting a lot of emotional investment into it. Now the conversation online is shifting as the newest Grand Theft Auto game is preparing for a massive release. Why though? Well from what game developer Rockstar Studios has revealed, the game involves playing as two characters who are in a relationship.

A big part of the game involves taking care of your character like watching what you eat or going to the gym. This also extends all the way into having a functional relationship regardless of whether you choose to play as either the man or woman. Both characters have the option to hold a real relationship with the other that involves everything from replying to simple relationship texts, holding hands, and even going on dates that could lead to sexual interactions in game. Rockstar has claimed that ignoring this aspect of the game could actually change the way things happen in the story.

Whether all of them are real or not, numerous posts on Reddit as well as videos on TikTok have emerged where women are claiming that they refuse to allow their boyfriends to play the game at all. Some boyfriends online are reporting that they've been specifically banned from any of the in game relationship mechanics or even visiting strip clubs which has been a staple of GTA games for many years.

Gaming couples have been laughing about this conversation for years as it isn't the first time this has come up. Women in past years have been the main focus of this conversation as the majority of gamers who are women tend to play more dating simulation or romance games where the main focus is literally to romance other characters.
