Wet ‘N Wild Water World Is Going to Light It up on the Fourth
Wet 'N Wild Water World is going to light it up again on the Fourth of July.
El Paso’s homegrown water park is putting on another Independence Day fireworks spectacular with a soundtrack that will play over the radio.

Drive Up, Kick Back, Tune In
Plans call for a full day of swimming, splashing, and grilling beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 4, with a fireworks finale not long after the park closes for the evening.
The fireworks show will begin sometime between 9 p.m. and 9:30 and last approximately 15 minutes. 95.5 KLAQ, 93.1 KISS-FM’s sister station, is going to provide the soundtrack.
The fireworks will be accompanied by music broadcast over the radio corresponding with the display so anyone showing up for the red, white, and boom can just drive up, kick back, and tune in.
Best Viewing Spots
From previous fireworks watching experience, I suggest park goers and fireworks enthusiasts scope out the show from the Wet ‘N Wild parking lot. Other popular spots are off Wild Cat Road or by the Don Carbon off Anthony Exit 0.
As hot as it has been lately, and with the holiday falling on a Monday, many are getting or making a three-day weekend out of it so the water park is going to be a very popular place to be on the July 4.
It’s a good idea to get tickets and reserve picnic tables and grills and cabanas in advance. For more information, visit the Wet 'N Wild Water World website.
