Watch Tricia Get Turned Into ‘La Catrina’ [VIDEO]

Wednesday is Dia de los Muertos, and one of the central symbols of the day is La Catrina. She is the lady you see with a painted skeleton face and fancy dress and hat. On Monday, Mike and Tricia Mornings listener, Ivan Ooze, came into the studio to turn me into La Catrina.

The whole process took about an hour and a half. It was amazing to watch Ivan take basic makeup and turn me into a colorful catrina. Ivan let us in on a drag queen secret - when you need to knock your eyebrows down to get a smoother surface, use Elmer's Glue stick. It's amazingly easy to remove in the shower with hot water and soap.
