Watch Christmas Classic ‘Elf’ For Free This Weekend At The International Museum Of Art
There is nothing more fun on a Saturday afternoon than going to a movie. A Saturday afternoon movie is even more fun when it's a free Christmas classic.
This weekend, the International Museum of Art is going to screen the Will Ferrell movie, Elf. Of course you know the story of Elf. Buddy the elf is brought up by Papa Elf after Buddy gets into Santa's sack at the orphanage and gets taken to the North Pole.
The movie is a lot of fun to watch mostly because of the all-star cast. Will Ferrell as Buddy, James Caan as Buddy's dad, Walter, Mary Steenburgen as Walter's wife, and Zooey Deschanel as Jovie. My favorite characters are Ed Asner as Santa, and Bob Newhart as Papa Elf. Those old-school actors are so much fun to watch!
Best lines in Elf?
"You sit on a throne of lies!"
"You have such a pretty face. You should be on a Christmas card."
"You stink. You smell like beef and cheese! You don't smell like Santa."
"Santaaaa! I know him!"
"He's an angry elf!"
Go check out Elf at the International Museum of Art and say all the lines - we know you know them!
