The UTEP Miners will take on the football team from West Point tonight at Sun Bowl stadium. The Army football team stormed the stadium on Friday, September 16 to get in a practice. The game is going to be quite the spectacle with fireworks, flyovers, and commemorative giveaways, so it's a game you don't want to miss!

El Paso is a proud military town. Fort Bliss has been a part of the Borderland landscape since the 1840s when it was called the Paso del Norte fort, and served to protect the region from the lawless characters who truly made El Paso the wild, wild west. Fort Bliss has grown into one of the largest military installations in the nation, and is truly one of the gems in the El Paso desert.

So who are you going to root for when Army takes the field against UTEP?

That's a tough question to answer, but while you're deciding which team to back, take a look at the proud West Point football team taking the field at the Sun Bowl. These guys are pretty impressive, and we wish them luck in tonight's game, and thank them for their service to our country.

Go Army!
