Free Family-Friendly Movies This Summer at Movies on the Lawn

Get your lawn chairs out of storage and fish your comfiest blankets out of the closet because UTEP's popular outdoor family-friendly film series is back.

Movies on the Lawn returns to beautiful Centennial Plaza for a four-movie summer run. On select Friday evenings in June and July, a current or classic Hollywood blockbuster will be shown for free outside on an 18-foot inflatable screen.

And you don’t have to be a UTEP student to attend; Movies on the Lawn is free and open to the public. Free parking is available in the Sun Bowl Parking garage.

Showtime is approximately 8:30 p.m. or as determined by sunset, weather permitting.

What to Know Before You Go

• Blankets, chairs, and your own snacks welcome
• No alcohol or glass containers
• Pets are not allowed
• $5 Combo (Popcorn, soda, hot dog) and other concessions available.

Parking

Free parking is available in the UTEP Sun Bowl Parking garage.
