Rulis International Kitchen
Rulis International Kitchen will be serving a dish we haven't featured at Taste of El Paso yet -- Tuna ceviche. This cold seafood delicacy brings the flavors of South America to El Paso. Made with tomatoes, onions, spices, jalapeños, and tuna, it's served with popcorn as a tribute to how South Americans enjoy this meal. Mix the popcorn in with the ceviche for an added texture.
The dish is slightly sweet, slightly acidic, and completely addictive. The jalapeños are scattered throughout the mixture to give just a hint of spice. If you've never had ceviche, this is a great dish to try first.
Rulis International Kitchen specializes in wood fired pizzas and craft beers from Texas and New Mexico. They're open from Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from noon to 10 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.
