Some of my closest pals have seen somewhat of what happens behind the scenes. Hell, you may have even seen it for yourself if you ever got a tour of the ropes around here at KLAQ before.

An employee here at the station who has always been a part of the behind-the-scenes for all 3 stations is saying goodbye to Townsquaremedia. Michelle Salazar performed job duties such as helping out with the front desk, running a board, dubbing in spots, Cool Canyon Nights photographer, and editing videos for the KLAQ YouTube channel.

Not only that she can execute a flawless job while running the Dallas Cowboys games on the Q the past years. She first started in 600 ESPN El Paso by helping out for the El Paso Chihuahuas games. But over time she somehow multitasked her skills around here at the station.

I guess you can say she was like an octopus for handling all that she did here at the station and as a full-time student. Michelle normally prefers to stay behind the camera but luckily got her this time around to try the pickle pizza. Just fast forward to 3:07 so you can see her debut on camera giving her critique on pickle pizza below.

Well, Michelle S. has gone from the radio biz and soon to another media outlet you know as KVIA Abc 7 News. We all wish Michelle S. the best of luck on her new adventure which is actually just down the street from us. We know KVIA won the jackpot by hiring Michelle Salazar the woman who shows dedication and doesn't disappoint.
