The U.S. States with the Highest Chances of Alien Abduction
Alien abduction day (yes, that’s an actual national holiday) has come and gone and congratulations to everyone in El Paso because none of us got abducted! *YAY*
However, don’t get too excited because Texas is not safe when it comes to being a state that has the highest chance of an alien abduction! *Gasps in Spanish*
Hey, I don't make these lists up, the internet does and I’m here to warn you because Casino.ca gathered a bunch of researchers and had them analyze data from the National UFO Reporting Center and various digital media reports to determine which states have the highest likelihood of an alien abduction.
Shockingly (or maybe not?), California topped the list, with one UFO sighting per 1,075 people. So if you live in Cali, you might want to start sleeping with one eye open.
Here’s the full top 10:
- California – The aliens are clearly starstruck.
- Washington – Sleepless in Seattle… or beamed up?
- Florida – If anyone can out-weird the aliens, it’s Florida Man.
- Oregon – Must be all those open forests.
- New York – Even aliens want a slice of pizza.
- Texas – Don’t mess with Texas, unless you’re from Mars.
- Pennsylvania – Brotherly love extends beyond the Milky Way.
- Arizona – The desert = prime landing spots.
- Colorado – Thin air, high chances of abduction.
- Nevada – Cough Area 51 Cough.
Meanwhile, states with the lowest abduction chances are mostly in the South. Louisiana came in dead last, with just one UFO sighting per 3,815 people.
So, are you safe? Only time will tell….
