Now, one of El Paso's most listened to radio station, 93.1 KISS FM is providing El Paso with "Today's Best Mix" since 1995. 93.1 KISS moved to it's current home at 4180 North Mesa during the summer of 2002. A building that held many other great radio stations through out its history.

4180 North Mesa was home to KSET 1380 AM. Home of the Steve Crosno oldies station. they played "El Paso style oldies". Legendary radio DJ, Steve Crosno, brought the format from Los Angeles and made it his own. The station lived in the building through out the 1980's. So did KSET 95. A MTV music formatted station. Back in the early 80's, FM radio was cranking out hits from Madonna, Prince. Tom Petty, etc. While MTV aired music videos mostly from UK (i.e. Duran Duran, Kajagoogoo, Spandau Ballet, etc). KSET 95 was the first to play MTV hits ON THE RADIO. After KSET 95 went off the air in the late 80's, it was replace by Cat Country, also housed at this address. I can still hear the echos of radio stations passed when you walk the halls of this history building.
