The Great Khalid Foundation Plays Santa at Whitaker Elementary

Townsquare Media El Paso teamed up with The Great Khalid Foundation to help raise enough toy donations to gift three local elementary schools during our Christmas with Khalid Toy Drive. Originally, we planned to help two local schools but thanks to your outstanding donations and a heartwarming story, Linda Wolfe, executive director of The Great Khalid Foundation decided to go for a third.

In the video above, Linda shares how one former Whitaker Elementary student and his mother convinced her to gift the current students some presents. Linda is very passionate about her donation decisions, so this act of kindness is coming from a very loving place. Especially, when still accepting the school's nomination, through Instagram, after the deadline for applications.
