When Sunday afternoons roll around, 95.5 KLAQ blasts out two hours of the latest rock releases & we shine the spotlight on great local rock from El Paso & around the Borderland from 5-7pm. This block of course is called Q-CONNECTED.

I'm sure you'll enjoy plenty of food for Thanksgiving Weekend, well we have satisfy your appetite for rock with some new songs by a local favorite: Sparta. Their self-titled album released last month so we'll hear one of the new songs this week.

You'll also hear another local favorite: Emily Davis & The Murder Police.

We also have In 4 the Kill, Special Edition & a band that John Moyer had a hand in helping record: Go Axe Alice.

And while we're talking about John Moyer, we've got Disturbed lined up for the show. Their 8th studio album Divisive dropped on the 18th. We've played Bad Man & Hey You so we'll hear an even new song by them this week.

That's not the only band who released a new album on the 18th; Nickelback (who DID promise us another show sometime in the future) released their 10th album "Get Rollin" & we'll a new song from that album as well.

If you're a local artist from El Paso, you perform in or within 200 miles of El Paso & you want to send in your music for the show, you can send your stuff right HERE or send me an email at daniel.paulus@townsquaremedia.com

Join me this Sunday afternoon for Q Connected. 5-7pm on 95.5 KLAQ.
