Fridays are Free Movie Nights on the Texas Tech El Paso Lawn

Spend the next few Friday evenings watching movies under the stars on the campus of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

The free movie series Red Raider Reels returns to TTUHSC Friday, August 31. Every Friday evening through the end of September a different family-friendly flick will be screened on the lawn located between the Medical Education and Medical Science buildings beginning at 7 p.m., weather permitting.

Bring your own blankets, lawn chairs, snacks, and drinks — except for alcohol, which is a no-no. Free pizza will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and popcorn will be available for a small donation to benefit the university’s Student Excellence Fund.

The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is located at 5001 El Paso Dr., next to UMC. Admission is free. Parking is available at the lot east of the lawn.
