Surprise Tattoos By A Celebrity Tattoo Artist Scott Campbell

Celebrity tattoo artist Scott Campbell just completed his latest project called “Whole Glory.” Campbell set up a random hole in a wall and had strangers stick their arms through the opening so he could complete a tattoo of his choice. All while never seeing the person before.

Campbell didn’t see any of the participants beforehand and tattooed whatever he felt like on their arm. The participants signed up in advance and were chosen via lottery.
