‘Sleepless In Seattle’ Is This Weekend’s Free Movie At The International Museum Of Art
If you've never seen 'Sleepless in Seattle' on the big screen, then you're in for a treat this weekend. The International Museum of Art at 1211 Montana is continuing their romantic free movie theme for February with a free showing of the Tom Hanks/Meg Ryan classic rom/com.
In case you don't know, Tom Hanks plays a recently-widowed architect who lives in Chicago with his eight-year-old son Jonah. Meg Ryan lives in Baltimore and is engaged to be married. Meg falls in love with Tom after hearing his story on a late-night radio call-in talk show. She lives in Baltimore, he lives in Chicago - will they ever meet and fall in love in person? You'll have to go see the movie to find out.
This is the perfect date idea, fellas. The movie starts at 2:00 p.m., so either take your date out to brunch before the movie, or an drinks and dinner after. Ladies, if you want to hang out with your squad, this is the perfect way to get some kid and husband-free time, but still get home in time for dinner.
