SISD Offers Dual Credit Courses For Seniors

If your child wants to graduate with some college time under their belts, the Socorro Independent School District is where they need to be this summer. SISD is working with Gear Up and El Paso Community College to offer a dual credit summer camp.

SISD seniors will be able to earn credit for two college courses in four weeks. There will be morning and afternoon dual credit classes in two of the following courses: Education 1300, Speech 1321, Government 2305 or Economics 2301. Seniors have to pass the Texas Success Initiative exam.
