Whether you loved it or hated it, chances are you viewed Rebecca Black‘s ‘Friday’ video at some point during the past year. Probably several times. The infamous clip was the most watched YouTube video in the world in 2011, the video site recently revealed.

Aside from a few cute animal videos, most of the Top 10 is dominated by music videos and covers. The list, which excludes music videos from major labels, includes two comedy clips by the Lonely Island. ‘Jack Sparrow’ with Michael Bolton places at No. 3, while ‘The Creep’ with Nicki Minaj and John Waters ranks No. 7.

Karmin’s tongue-twisting cover of Chris Brown‘s ‘Look At Me Now’ ranks No. 6, while 10-year-old Maria Aragon’s piano cover of Lady Gaga‘s ‘Born This Way’ places at No. 9.

In a separate rundown of the most-watched major-label videos, Jennifer Lopez‘s ‘On the Floor’ comes in at No. 1, followed by LMFAO‘s ‘Party Rock Anthem.’ Check out the full lists here.
