Chris Brown Sued For Alleged Brutal Assault In North Texas
Things got wild in North Texas after a Chris Brown concert, and now he's facing a massive lawsuit! Four men are suing Brown, Dallas rapper Yella Beezy, and others for $50 million, claiming they were brutally attacked and left with serious injuries.
The lawsuit, filed in Houston, details an incident on July 20th at Fort Worth's Dickies Arena during the second night of Brown's "11:11 Tour." According to the plaintiffs, Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Damarcus Powell, they were invited backstage to the VIP area after the concert. Along with about 40 women, they entered the area where Brown allegedly had the women surrender their phones before heading into a room with his entourage.
Things took a turn when Bush tried to congratulate Brown on a great show. The lawsuit claims Brown's crew suddenly turned hostile, with one member reminding Brown of a past beef. What happened next sounds like a scene straight out of a movie: the entourage allegedly began attacking Bush and his friends, with chairs thrown, punches flying, and kicks landing.
UK rapper Sinko Ceej and Omololu "Hood Boss" Akinlolu are also named in the lawsuit. The plaintiffs accuse them of participating in the assault, which left all four men with severe injuries to their heads, necks, shoulders, and backs. They claim they're still receiving medical treatment for their injuries.
The legal action doesn't just target Brown and his entourage but also Live Nation, the company behind the concert. The plaintiffs want Brown, his promoters, and his team held accountable for what happened, demanding a jury trial and a temporary restraining order to ensure evidence is preserved.
As of now, Fort Worth police haven't made any arrests, and it's unclear if any police reports were filed. The whole situation is still unfolding, and fans are waiting to see how this drama plays out in court.
